Car stolen, need cheap rental

Ok so had loads going on at home lately and now getting herrassed, moms car got fire bombed a month ago now mine nicked and the people nearly killed 3 people including a 7 year old girl. i just hope the police catch them and worst all its my step brothers
anyhow can do without a car and quite glad cos will save us money and was only a cheap runaround so not worth claiming on insurance BUT i need one over xmas as planned to visit family etc over xmas. just need it from 23rd til the 28th and then need a van on the 2nd to move YAY
has anyone got any good or bad experiences of car rental places as need to get this sorted

We have had National Car hire several times before and have found that if you ring your local branch they give you better deals than on the internet.

Look on Ebay or the Autotrader. Or ask your local main agent about trade stock there want to get rid of. You can normally pick something up for a couple of hundred quid with T&T and it will be so much cheaper than renting. Plus don't forget excesses on hire cars, anywhere between £500/£1500 if you have a prang.0

decided just gona buy something as can just see the hire company robbing the insurance deposit of 5500 -
Having a good day, recieved a cheque for £54 which i was really not expecting from my tax return for my short time as self employed
and the second is i didnt realise the car insurance was fully comp and we can paid about £2 extra a month to have a replacement car if needed. got one for 21 days now which covers all our troubles over xmas, things definitely picking up lol
just off to play the wii we saved up for
