Hi there,
I'm thinking about doing some breakfast hampers for xmas but got stuck with the ideas. I was thinking of the usual: jams, marmalade, nice teabags/coffee. What else could i put in?
Many thanks

Slightly less conventional, how about buttermilk pancake mix and maple or pancake syrup, homemade granola or muesli, egg cup and soldier cutter. Sorry a bit random but something might be useful:rotfl:2014 20p savers club #2 I've given up trying to keep track of how much that pig eats!
2014 £2 savers club #3 - I've no idea, but the pig is beginning to get mighty heavy
Sealed pot challenge No.7 #0880 -
Egg cups or a toast rack.
One of those little saucer type thing to put used tea bags on, old fashioned tongs for taking tea bag out of cup.
Ermmm breakfast/cereal bar.
If you put egg cups in you could knit a little cozy to keep egg warm maybe.
New cereal bowl and a small box of nice cereal.
Honey spoon & pot.
If I think of anymore I'll pop back
Hope this helps xxWeebles wobble but they don't fall down! :j0 -
That's a lovely idea for a present.
You could try making baskets from different countries if you're stuck for variety. American websites have some interesting ideas for breakfast.
Make up gift jars of cooking ingredients if you there is an issue with sell by dates of actual items e.g. brioche loaf, breakfast muffins.
Oatmeal sachets, oat biscuits
cloth napkin
book of breakfast recipes, breakfast round the world or the novel Breakfast at Tiffany's0 -
That's a good idea.
I did my sister one a few years ago and put a samll tin of red salmon in there.

i made a few breakfast hampers last year, they went down well
i managed to get a few of the M&S hampers on a glitch (on the grabbit board) so they came in very handy, as did an order on the Whittards glitch
teas, coffees, biscuits, i also used the tea for one pots & saucers, they came with a tea bag holder and a nice spoon
i also did one for a tea mad teen, friend of daughters and got the hello kitty toaster for £6 from argos:T and things liek the eye teabags from whittards and bath tea etc
the mini pots of jam, marmalade & honey are usually on offer in Morrisons
i put all on a tray and cellophaned them
i also did a herbal tea one with a nice glass, and funky infuser as well as all the usual bits n pieces0 -
thank you to everyone for the fab ideas - cant wait to get started now!0
