    Do people still buy these?
Give it 3 months and you'll get it in a charity shop for 50p. ;)
  • It's also £8 in Asda and The Works. Not seen it any cheaper. I got mine today from Asda, my daughter loves these books.

2007 version also has a mirror ball on the front which my youngest girls loved looking into :-)

I used to get these books when I was a kid about 20 years ago but have found that you get crappier and crappier records being included these days. It used to be the case where trivial records such as the most tapdancers dancing at one time was a rarity but now they seem to be dominating the whole book. I mean who the heck cares about the "Fastest Lunge Mile", "Longest Tattoo Session" or the " Largest Dirndl Dress" ?
    More dumbing down in society?

I remember Waterstones were doing the 2005 50th Anniversary version for £1

Maybe you may want to hold out.

Otherwise you could set up a saved search on Ebay with your postcode and hold out for a local seller close to your home.Remember to ask the seller if you can collect without a postage or collection fee. Then go for it the last few seconds.Bid to your maximum ideally with a few pence over the £ sign.I.e say your maximum is £4 go £4.11.

Funny thing last week on Ebay a seller showed postage as £1.49 for the 2005 edition. Are they mad this weighs over 1.4kg and would cost about £5.42-£7+ to despatch via the post office.
Cheapest I have found to send securely is £3.99 via Ebay courier seller
    Good Luck
