Arts courses for kids?

Hi there,
Any one with good tips on arts courses for a budding 10yo artist in a tight budget family?
Or scholarships/bursaries?
We found a very interesting course for kids at the Edinburgh College of Art summer school, but it's so expensive!

    Have a look at the Glasgow School of Art Summer Programme for children which I'm sure is much cheaper - it runs the first week of August and I'm pretty sure you can try for a Bursary if proof of low household income.

    try Delta Art Studio in Larbert, just 5 mins from motorway. Very reasonable art classes for children.
