Car loan help

Welcome have come back again saying I am in arrears by £337, I am not sure what to do as my car loan is paid for on time every month. I have not defaulted whatsoever. I have bank statements to prove this, can anyone help me with what i should do?
They advised me in October last year that they added a personal loan I had with them to my car loan, but surely they cannot do this? Isnt it against the law?
Any help would be great.

Welcome operate above and below the letter of the law, the company itself is actually in default.
I would call them and ask for a complete breakdown of payments, costs and charges. Don't stop paying in the meantime or the shysters will plonk even more rubbishy charges on top."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0
