  • Called Customer Services - they say the price is still £29.99 and know nothing about a £9.99 promotion.

I think that this may be a regional/store promotion.
I have just rang Transit Way, Plymouth to confirm the price and it is still £29.99, lowest price was £19.99 according to the SA.

I was just about to come on and say the same thing. At first I thought the website was just taking a bit to update, but it's looking unlikely that it will. Mine is reserved until close of business Monday, so we'll see if the price changes by then.

I am so sorry folks, I have just looked at the leaflet further and it is regional it says to celebrate your new and refurbished stores:o:o:o:oI have even reserved mine in a store which isn't included in it:(If anyone lives in West Yorks then pm me and I will let you know where the store is as I don't like my exact location on here.
I have just done 4 reservations till monday at one of the stores it is on offer in, 2 for me and 2 spare, so if anyone wants one then pm me. There is still stock as well.

is it really worth having? even at £9.99?

    some of the reviews?

"no suction, wish i had read the other reviews, took it back for refund"

"I had to return this item as despite charging it for 36 hours over the recommended 24, it still would not hold it's charge. Very disappointed."

"Returned item as very poor no power!!!"

"This item was returned as it was not what I expected. The staff were very helpful"

"Not very good, flimsy stand, terrible suction, I have returned it"

"This is the worst item i have ever purchased. It takes forever to charge and only lasts for five minutes. There is absolutely no suction. What a waste of money"

i dont think i would waste much time on this TBH:(

I don't have this exact model, but have an older version and it is an absolute godsend. I've had it for five years, use it everyday and it is still going strong.
    Gone ... or have I?

I don't suppose anyone went to collect theirs and it actually came up at 9.99? Mine is still reserved until the end of the day, but the site says 29.99.
