Last october I paid £500 cash and signed an agreement to have a 54 panel solarPV system installed and a percentage of the FiT payments.
Six months on and after two surveys the appointed installaters - My Energy Station informed us only 21 panels will be fitted and no FiT payments. Plus no firm date as to when these will (of if!) are fitted.
I'm informed I am one of some 3,000 customers in Lincolnshire alone on the waiting list. I would be very interested to learn of anybody else's experience/help/support etc.

I'm sure others can give advise on what to do with this rent-a-roof scheme, but apart from that, I would change your username just in case some clever solicitors decide that what you say may be libellous. We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
The earth needs us for nothing.
The earth does not belong to us.

It sounds to me that the agreement between you and the company has been broken by them, and you are entitled to your money back. Simples.
If you go with another 'rent a roof' scheme you won't have to pay them £500.0 -
Why anyone would pay "cash" to a company they know very little about. and before any work has been carried out. is beyond my comprehension.0
