Prize draw terms and conditions
1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland who are subscribers to Healthy Times and who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of McNeil Nutritionals Limited and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. No purchase necessary for entry into the Promotion. Entries received after the closing date (30th June 2011) will not be accepted. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prize.
4. There is 1 prize consisting of a Kenwood FP920 Multi Pro Food Processor.
5. The winner will be drawn within 28 days of the Closing Date, from all valid entries received.
6. The winner will be drawn under independent supervision and notified by telephone within seven days of the relevant draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Details of the winner's name and county will be available from the Promoter on written request by sending a SAE to: Kenwood Food Processor promotion, Benecol, PO Box 3580, Wokingham, RG40 9GW within 28 days after the prize draw closing date.
8. At the Promoter’s discretion another prize of equivalent or greater value may be substituted if in all reasonable circumstances the Promoter is unable to offer the intended prize.
9. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and the winners in relation to the Promotion and the prizes to be awarded.
10. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold the prize without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions.
