Does anyone have an email address for Barclays Partner Finance customer services or a department where I can email them about my loan which is for Anglian Windows?

They are charging me too much in interest so I don't want to pay for an expensive phone call. I know I can get a normal phone number for them from "Say No Too 0844" numbers but I am not available to contact them in office hours because I work shifts.

Looking forward to any replies.

How come you weren't aware of the interest charge before putting pen to paper?

You aren't going to resolve anything via a phone call, expensive or otherwise.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I was aware of the interest charges when I signed up. They have made mistakes with the calculation of the interest and are charging me more than the monthly payment. Also admin charges each time I query it so that can't be right.

all seems very odd to me - surely there is more behind this story - have you missed any payments?

No I haven't missed any payments. The finance was taken out on a set balance and set interest rate throughout the period of the loan. Under normal circs the balance and interest amount should decrease albeit minimally after each months payment. In my case the interest is increasing monthly and is now more than the minimum monthly payment. As I am paying more than the minimum monthly payment it should be decreasing by a larger amount. The error is with Barclays Partner Finance. All I want is an email address so I can sort this out with them without adding the cost of expensive phone calls to the bill or the delay of writing letters.

In all the time I worked for BPF, I never once saw a loan where the interest was more than the customer's monthly payment and going up every month. And while there were sometimes errors made, I never saw an error as massive as that.
They're not just open office hours - they're open until 8 in the evening and Saturdays. The only thing I can think of is that maybe charges are being added onto your account. Are you 100% sure that it is all interest being added to your account? Are you sure that you're making your payments on time and that you're not being charged every month for late payments?
I think it's worth paying a few pounds for a short phone call to find out what's going on and to get this sorted.

Let's think. How can I track down an email address for a company? Hmm, 2 options

1. Go to the company concerned's website and look on there
2. Post on a forum topic where the last post was 2 years ago.

Option 2 seems the most likely to get results.
