Boxing Day Sales

We bought a three piece suite in a "blue cross" sale today and were given a further discount when we said we wouldn't take advantage of the "interest free credit". We tried to haggle for a further £50 reduction, without success. I then asked what the price would be if we came back on Boxing Day ..... the sales assistant had a trip downstairs and low and behold .... we got a further £150 off. :j

Worth a try if you are thinking of buying anything in the next week or so.

btw - the MFI sale starts boxing day. I went in today looking for a new bed (wasn't planning on buying at full whack but just looking) and the SA told me that the sale was due to start boxing day and the bed I was after would probably be about £500 compared with the £1350 of now so that I can go and order my clubcard vouchers in time.. hope this helps someone.
