As stated previously, they have whacked over £500 in charges on since i put the account into dispute. Which if I read right, is unlawful. I wouldnt have problem payin this if it was 'fair' but the fact that they rang me in excess of 20 times a day was like a red rag to a bull, so now they can whistle for their charges.
Maybe you should ask the CAB to act your behalf to help resolve your issue:

Now I seem to remember when people were asking about Pre 04/2007 agreements before.
There was a wealth of advice given on here and it was all factual and correct.
Furthermore the most helpful person ever was forced to leave here due to threats and abuse.
May I just remond all the 'stop your wriggling brigade' that this forum area is non-judgmental. If you don't like it make an account on www.flameastranger.com, sure you will have many friends on there.
OP I had a similar experience with Barclaycard, who still own my account. However since Moorcroft now own it, send them a CCA request. Let them sweat and then once they get back to you with no CCA.
Either do what some people think your trying to do and ignore them.
Or as they bought your debt knowing there was no CCA. Send them a F&F for about 20%, they probably paid about 10-15% as it is such high risk.New PV club member. 3.99kW system. Solar Edge with 14 x 285W JA Solar panels. 55° West from south and 35° pitch.0 -

I fail to see who was being judgmental?
There were a few comments along the lines of did you order goods? In which case lump it and stop wriggling.
People come here for advice with good or bad motives. All we can do is provide the facts, not question those motives. Unless it is a brazen how do I just avoid paying debt as I dint want to.
The op's question is valid and justified, not for anyone here to read more into it.New PV club member. 3.99kW system. Solar Edge with 14 x 285W JA Solar panels. 55° West from south and 35° pitch.0 -

I think your Pre-empting here for some reason.. For all the forum know there could have been a dispute regarding delivery of items or anything.
Me personally I think the OP should seek professional advice from someone such as the CAB. As I believe one OFTs clauses states its unfair to pay charges that are disproportionate to the main debt.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0
