Magic plastic?

Hi all, newbie here, I'm looking for some stuff called Magic plastic for my kids for xmas, I remember playing with it as a kid you blow through a straw and make huge balloons with the stuff,great fun from what I can remember but I cant find it anywhere on the net, any suggestions would be fantastic as time is running out?;)

Good grief. I didn't think that you could still get that stuff.
I remember getting some when I went to the Ideal Home Exhibition with my dad when I was about 7 years old.
