Anyone challenged Nationwide?

Options
Talking to my sister today about her mortgage.Seems she took out an endowment mortgage in 1992 with Nationwide. The endowment policy is with
Guardian Financial Services.
She feels that this was mis-sold to her. I think she is going to put in a complaint.
Just wondered if anyone has had any experience regarding these companies.

Thanks

Guardian become Norwich Union in the end. So has anyone had any experience with NU? I think so. ;)

Her complaint of course is with the advisory company of the Nationwide or whoever owns that now.

  • NU have a reputation in the industry for being one of the tougher companies to extrace compensation from. But I wouldn't let that put you off.
