Email address for HMV

Does anyone know of an email address for HMV as while waiting on the phone for 15 minutes it says you can also contact us via the help section on the site but I cannot see any email address

This is the first problem I have had with HMV as I was told we don't know if you will get your orders by christmas so if you see them somewhere else just buy it and cancel your order with us.

The orders were only computer games that are not brand new releases and the site states they are normally despatched within 3-5 days which is totally wrong if your order status says "to be ordered from supplier"

I used the number for their head office yesterday - it puts you thru option 2 to the Internet orders so not an 0845 number.
I ordered Batman on deal of the day last Monday. Its said and still does say shipped within 24 hours. My order also says on special order. They could not tell me anything different to what I can see when I called.
My local HMV does have the item in the store but more expensive. I asked could I have it from the store but was told that the online store is no way related to the high street stores.
