Apron measurements.. need help from a small person!

Hi gang I know this is a weird question but I have just put the finishing touches to my mums Elvis quillow for christmas and have a bit of fabric left over, its from Blue Hawaii and the colour matches her kitchen perfectly sooo thought I would make her a new pinny BUT I'm a lanky so and so and she's rather...short :rotfl: so would any of you kind ladies be able to measure from your waist to your knee for me pretty please???
Mum is 5 foot 4" if thats any help.

    Hope your lucky mum is pleased with her apron - I would be!

    D&DD - That looks amazing! I've never heard of a quillow before, but seeing that I'd love to have a go at making one - where did you get the info on how to make it from?
