Have you had a look at your local bike shop? All the ones in my area are running sales at the mo...

On the online front I'd look at:-

Tschibo seem to have some good deals on currently.

The occasional bargain prices you find at Aldi, Lidl and Tchibo normally reflect slightly worse quality, but a lot of the members of a cycling club I go to use them and are very happy with them. They cycle a lot and the stuff does wear out faster than named goods, but it's a fraction of the price!
