Getting married abroad

Options
Hi all, new here so please be gentle..
OH and I are planning to get married April/may 2013 and have decided to go abroad, Caribbean hopefully.
We are thinking either Cuba, Mexico or Jamaica, depending on price/reviews at the time. We can't book it until next year so have been doing a lot of research.
Does anyone have any advice or experience? I understand that Mexico can be quite busy with spring break students from America, but when exactly is this?
Also, been to cayo coco in Cuba so was thinking of trying a different area, but will it be very commercial? Or still very caribbeanish?
We will be taking our 5 children, aged from 18 to 21, so kinda need somewhere that there is stuff for them to do.
All advice, hints and tips are gratefully received.

I'm probably not in the best mood to advise you on this today (it's all paper work and ash cloud related) - but do it, if it's what you want to do then that's lovely. I've been to Jamaica, and from my memory of it they're all really laid back and chilled out, so you'd have really calm and relaxing day! Good luch with the planning and welcome to the forum xx
saving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.
