Question about ESA for those that may work in benefits office?

Hi,
Sooner or later I'm going to get a review for my incapacity benefit when they transfer me over to ESA.
Just wondering if there's anyone on here who may work in the benefits office and could tell me if they are calling people earlier for their ESA assessment rather than waiting to their next scheduled reassessment.
Many thanks
