I can't get the code to work

Accepts the code and says free delivery but then doesn't take the delivery charge off! Anyone had any luck?

I just placed an order and exactly the same thing happened. I have just sent an email to their customer service dept. asking if the code will be honoured. Great savings to be had though, thanks debsjc

Hello, ive just re-checked the email, and hidden in the small print is the free delivery code is only on orders over £30
