transferring buy to let mortgage

Options
I have a house on the market which has a buy to let mortgage on it, to about 1/4 the equity in the property. Is it possible to for a buyer to take over the mortgage? i.e. pay the market value less the mortgage and take over the payments?

No. A buyer would need to take their own mortgage. The current lender would not release their charge until the mortgage was settled
