I have no idea what their refund policy is but know that distance selling regulations tend to stand though not sure if Body Shop offer free returns otherwise your paying and I'd advise to send anything recorded.

Your questions are ones you already know and have already stated, you don't need our help! You need to give people time to reply, 3 hours really isn't a long time, it can take a day or even longer at times to get a reply and you need to be more patient ;)

    1. Write the item on the returns form: the white musk perfume. What they will do anyway is bring up your last order on your systems and take off the money accordingly. You say it wasn't the free of the three items but you wont get the full amount back.

See if item a=£1 item b=£2 and item c=£3 and you therefore got item a (£1) for free (total =£5) but are sending back item b(£2) for a refund, they will see that you only have two items of the 3-4-2 offer and you will be charged a=£1 and c=£3 (=£5).

Basicly you wont have three items anymore so you wont have a free item anymore, what you have left is what you will be charged for in full without the offer.

On the reasons for return just state it wasn't suitable or required. If you say it was damaged or something was wrong with the item they will just replace it, just be honest on the form and you have nothing to worry about.

You could try seeing if they will let you exchange in the store if you wanted to keep the offer but not sure if they allow this, you'd have to read the terms and conditions of the forms they sent you to see if they would allow this.

    Xmas Saver!
if you return the white musk perfume, you may only get a couple of pound back, as if that went out of the basket your "free item" would then be chargeable and would be put on as a charge.

Just a thought as you said mum wears it, why don't you hold onto it and give it her for bday or xmas..... or Plan B ask in store if you exchange in there, I dn't know whether or not they would...
The reason I'm suggesting that, is only as you did 3 4 2, you'd lose a lot of the cost.
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

sorry...patience is a virtue, as they say. It just makes me a bit anxious sending stuff back - it's a faff i've never done before

personally I'd not bother, your not going to get a lot back from it and if you ever were going to repurchase your going to either end up paying full price or having to find other items to make up an offer on: if they have this offer on again.

Keep it cool, keep it out of sunlight (inside the fridge is great though if its in a cardboard box either take it out or wrap with selofane- not great for the fridge but your not looking at using alot of it, just enough to stop the cardboard going floppy!) this will help it last longer so when the current pot you have does run out you can swap over to the new one and it will last just as long. Perfumes when going bad begin to smell vinegary which is not great!
