hi
thanks to all that helped me yesterday.
for tea last night we had chilli and wraps etc. i have got some guacomole, sour cream and salsa left and was wondering if they could be frozen? if so can they be frozen as they are? i would have them later in the week but all the above were on the reduced counter with yesterdays date on
them.

You can freeze them all fine from a health point of view. Not sure how the sour cream will be interms of consisteny after freezing. And if, you know, your history...0

Should be OK - a good whisking after thawing usually homogenises all creams/milks/sauces.0
