just had a nightmare 30 minutes at Tesco Lincoln, bit of a saga

the till is not recognising the clubcard vouchers, apparently clubcard say they will have it fixed by Monday

store eventually put them through as non scan

the receipts after doing this said they were now credited with £10 of New Look credit !!!!!

eventually they sorted it out but left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing

I'm really confused. What exactly do I have to do to get the £25 itunes card? How many clubcard points is needed to qualify etc?

The thing that confused me the most is the £12.50 for a token, do I buy the token and just exchange the token for the itunes card?
