Feeling a bit scruffy and down in town today so I went into M&S. At their make up counter - sampled their foundation tester on my face, looking better already. Then I got a free cotton bud and on went the eyeshadow. Looking good. Next some blusher and cheek highlighter. Looking much brighter. Finally another free cotton bud and on with the lipstick. Not really my colour try another mmmmh pretty good. Little bit of lip gloss and I'm done. Finishing touch a squirt of perfume.
I enjoyed my little trip to M&S - I normally do this in Boots but you usually have to ask for cotton buds, tissues etc.

No offense but i always think *germs* at the thought of trying those samples, never mind actually putting them on my face

It wouldnt work for me anyway, i'd have to go along every morning in my dressing gown! lol

After reading about Woolie pick and mix I think I am safe LOL. Also you are more likely to get germs from handling money that has been in someones pocket with their dirty hankechief.:)
I always find the testers for eyes and lips that have not been tried so in Boots you have to go for the less popular or more expensive brands as most of the testers here are teens. M&S hardly any of their make is touched for some strange reason. Are M&S shoppers too posh to test
