Citroen Finance Deposit

Hi,

I have recently put a £250.00 deposit towards the car on a Demo Citroen DS3 which cannot be collected until 28/06 as it is registered as a demo.

Since then my job situation has changed and I can no longer afford the car and want to get a refund on my £250.00

Is there anyway that I can do this?

Or is there legislation saying that I can return the car within so many days of purchasing it and get a full refund?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Jack, 19

    Depends on what you signed.
They might take legal action against you not only to keep the deposit money but also for 'loss of bargain' on the car ie the profit they would have made on it from you.

There is no legislation that will get you out of this especially if you signed on their premises.
