This isn't about addiction, I want to go to somewhere where you can detox your whole body for a few weeks, eat good nutritional food, loose a few pounds and generally come back looking better and fitter than you left.
I've heard there's a few places in England, but does anyone know of somewhere here in N.I. or in the Republic?

Aye, a health farm but without the animals0

Detox hotels can be very expensive considering you get next to nothing to eat, unless you particularly want spa facilities why not clear out your kitchen cupboards, replace with Holland & Barrett goodies and have a staycation instead?Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
