The survey side of things on Vivatic is rubbish now, I'm down to maybe 1 or 2 surveys a week

Me too, not even that! It's not even that I get screened out they are just not there at all. And I'm only 20p away from £10.

I hope it's not because they don't want to pay me :(

    I'm on £8.40, I'm sure it's just a coincidence

Did anyone manage to get their balance to pay-out? There were a few surveys available at the weekend, hope that they helped!

Oh, I've been re-instated, ban over, so I think that it can only be the work I didn't complete...

Therefore, it's a bad idea to take work and not complete to deadlines!

I think they should write something to that effect in their information. At least this info should help others avoid a 'ban'!!!!

Are there any guidelines for the writing test or do you just make it up as you go along? I'm waiting for a test to appear but I would think they are infrequent as so many people want to take part. I've just signed up with Vivatic and I've done two surveys in a few days.

I joined Vivatic in May and have already received £40 in payouts (minus the 20p Paypal fees). Up to £6.50 towards my next £10 within a week of claiming the last £10! On the other hand, I've done a survey this morning and my balance hasn't changed - normally it goes up as soon as I've completed the survey...

Same thing happened to me tonight Cassie, so perhaps a glitch in the system and hopefully they will credit us later.

Exactly the same here - just did 2 surveys and not been credited. First time this has happened to me, so like you am hoping it's a hitch and the credit appears soon.

Up until now quite happy with Vivatic - they pay when they say they will and usually my account gets credited immediately on completion of a survey.

Nothing for it but to sit tight and see what happens. Glad to see I'm not the only one - came straight here to check out this thread when it happened. Good ol' MSE!

I've just done some surveys too and not been credited. Most likely gremlins in the systems. It's happened before and they credited the missing credits the next day i think it was.

    Hi,

I completed two surveys late this afeternoon after an email survey invite from Vivatic.I too on completion noticed that my balance had not increased and was about to fire off an email of complaint. Before I did I noticed the FAQ on the my surveys page and found the following :-

I've completed a survey but my account has not been updated instantly. How long does it take?
We work with a number of survey companies and each has a different method of providing us details of who completed a survey. Some completions are reflected almost instantly and in most cases they are reflected within 24 hours. Surveys completed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be reflected until Monday morning.

Now I can't swear to the fact but I'm nearly certain that when I've taken a survey with them on a weekend in the past my account was credited immediately.I'll hold judgement until Monday Morning.
