I use Auzzie 3 minute miracle every now and again for my frizzy hair, it's lovely and works wonders but the downside is the price £4.50 a bottle. (hopefully they will start selling it cheaper at wilkos soon). Free sample here:

Do you use that instead of shampoo? And how long after using do you see visible differences?catz747 wrote:I use Auzzie 3 minute miracle every now and again for my frizzy hair, it's lovely and works wonders but the downside is the price £4.50 a bottle. Hi,
I have always had greasy hair. Sometimes I have to wash it twice a day. I use vosene too, which keeps the dandruff away. People say I have lovely hair, but to get it like that I have to wash it daily and use straighteners on it every day or it just looks like a frizzy mess.
Have you ever tried straighteners on your hair? For me they have been a miracle.
You also need to make sure you get a good cut every 8 weeks or so. I get mine thinned out at the hairdressers so it is easier to manage as my hair is very thick and frizzy.
My hair looks a bit like this if i don't straighten it.

well, I don't think my hair is long enough (and I'm guy just in case you didn't know), and I just don't think it would suit me AND I have no idea how to do it.lisa_75 wrote:Hi,

Hi, no. I shampoo my hair everyday and about once a week I use aussie. After you have rinsed the shampoo out, you put the aussie in your hair and rinse it out after 3 minutes. I find the results are immediate and last a couple of washes.0 -
Honestly, I'm not even sure my hair is "frizzy", but I'll give it a go! Thanks!catz747 wrote:Hi, no. I shampoo my hair everyday and about once a week I use aussie. Also, do you think it is okay for me to use head and shoulders one day, and another normal shampoo the next? So use both alternating?0

I know loads of blokes who use straighteners! Especially young lads (14 - 25). A lot of guys use them to get a spikey/messy look. You can do a lot more with them than just poker straight hair. I have short hair too. My hair is about 3 inches long on top and very short at the back.
Do you have any sisters/ girl friends who could show you how to use them? They are so easy, even I can use them!
I think your best bet is a good hairdresser. They will be able to advise on the best style/products for your hair. Do you use gel etc? Also have you thought about a very short cut?0 -
As embarassing as it is to say, my mum won't letme use hair gel (she says all this rubbish about how it damages the hair etc..), so I want some kind of style I can have without using gel..lisa_75 wrote:I know loads of blokes who use straighteners!
