Hello.
This is really small and annoying, but I tried to get Vision express to refund my husbands money and they said its company policy to just offer a discount against anything else in the store, but no refund can be issued. He had started a Direct debit for some contact lenses, but then found he could get the same lenses cheaper from elsewhere, but because vision express insist on paying three months upfront for their daily lense package and he cancelled after his first lot had arrived he had accrued a small credit of 42 pounds....as I said its not the amount but the principle, He now uses a different opticians so wouldn't use a credit discount from anything else in the store.
I did look at the very good guide that Martin has put together but couldn't seem to find the exact thing I was looking for....many thanks guys x
