    Right. So you've not tried to borrow money in three years. The time you did try to borrow money was in the absolute maelstrom of the credit crunch when banks weren't even lending to each other.

    And yet you're extrapolating that experience in 2008 to today, when evidence clearly suggests it's not true.

    It's hard to debate issues with people whose ideas are predetermined.

    It is widely reported. The article in the OP is yet another reporting of the same fact.

    Maybe it is yourself who refuses to believe this because your ideas are predetermined.
