I have received a next catalogue couple of months ago i did't remember where i was ordered.But today i have received the £4 bill.
Has anyone experienced this .
Any suggestions?

They charge for the catalogue. Ring them and tell them you don't want it and make sure they cancel any future deliveries. Refuse to pay for this one and tell them you'll drop it off at a store if they want you to.
They have opened up an account for you to purchase things online....yet send and charge for a catalogue. Explain you only want a Cash Account ie you'll pay when you order something ; otherwise they charge you something like 29.9% APR ( this may possibly have increased)Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those affected (Benjamin Franklin) JFT96...YNWA0 -

I ordered a Next catalogue when I was clicking on competition entries on Emma's Diary - one of the buttons wasn't a competition but a "Request Catalogue" button. I called them to take it back, though and I think they waved the £4.0
