Yep back up to £15 in our tesco too - sadly signs had been taken down and they had Heroes in too (I'm sure they hid all the Heroes whilst the offer was on!!)

Didn't stop my moneysaving though, my OH is over 6 feet tall with long arms and we took two Heroes at £10.:j

i too was charged two at £15, Advised them i saw a sign in store near choccies section showing 2 for £10, was advised this promotion was no longer running and where i saw the sign in store. now the truth is the sign in the choccies section was 2 for £15, but i manage to find the 2 for £10 price tag in the bread section!!! (of course i didnt tell them this!) that price tag said offer ends 24/12/06. anyway supervisior was livid with another store assitant, apparently he was meant to discard it - but obviously, and luckily for me he didnt do a good enough job! The CS manager tried to fob me off with the two for £10 deal. So i decided to tell them word for word there mispricing policy - refund and get to keep product for free - they knew they couldnt argue! so i walked away with two tins of roses worth £15 for £0.00!!! as i was walking out the lady ripped up the two for £10 price tag. Tesco obviously hiding summut.

Check your invoice if you ordered online.

I ordered 2x 2.2kg tins on monday should have been 2 for £10 but the delivery came last night and billed as 2 for £15.

Rang CS and they refunded £5 (but only after checking with someone else and they just said they would have to take my word for it as they couldn't find the details of the offer?).

I too ordererd on line on Tuesday, delivered Wednesday and charged the £15 instead of £10. I rang customer services and got nowhere. Great apologies but they could not find the 2 for £10 offer anywhere. She checked 3 ways but could not find it. She apologised but said she could do nothing. I said the offer was saying until 24th December but it was if I was lying or mistaken- any ideas 0r proof out there?- thanks

We have a delivery tonight, amongst loads of stuff there should be 2x Heroes for £10. I can see a phone call to Tesco CS id I get overcharged!!

I don't suppose anybody has a screenshot/dump of the offer when they placed the order? Searching through Tesco online now Heroes have now dissappeared!

Did you manage to find a proof?

I still have my order to be delivered on sunday (order made last sunday). The tins show on my order (can't find them on Tesco website anymore) but not the offer so I might cancel it after all.
