Hi there I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what to do with two packs of out of date mixed salad leafs inc rocket, lambs lettuce
It’s unopened and a bit brown. I was thinking a soup or should I just bin it.
Many thanks

Soup's a good idea - we round up fridge contents and turn them into soup on a fairly regular basis.Touch my food ... Feel my fork!0

I bought a bag of rocket reduced to 10p the other evening.
I boiled some carrots with a veggie stock cube, when they were cooked threw in the rocket, gave it a couple of seconds cooking, let it cool, and then whizzed it with a stick blender. It made an absolutely delicious soup. I would do that again. Definitely recommend a soup.0 -
