I was on the list of winners for the Pretty Polly Valentine Comp but so far I haven't received anything? Has any of the other winners received their prizes and has anyone got any ideas what if anything I should do?

I was on their Valentine's winners list last year and didn't hear anything either. I ended up emailing them on their contact us page and after they confirmed it was me on the list, I received my prize. So I'd email them x
