Letter to HFO services Help Please

Hi
I am sending a this letter ('Hybrid letter stating that you have no knowledge of the debt AND that it would be statute barred regardless')
Does anybody Know if i send it to a PO box address can i still send it signed for?
It is going to HFO services does anyone also know which department i address it to.

I have sent letters to another DCA at a PO Box, to the 'collections department'. If you have a name on a letter you could send it to that person, marked private and confidential.I sent these letters signed delivery no problems
