Cheapest place to buy Sisley Eau Du Soir Perfume. Any Ideas?

I am looking to buy a Sisley Paris Eau Du Soir perfume (50ml) for someone but I cant seem to find it in any UK online stores.
I have only found it in Strawberry.net for £60 and the cheapest at Perfume Emporium for £46.
Does anyone know a place to get the perfume cheaper?
Additional Questions if somebody could answer (would be great):
I been told that I would have to pay duty, is this true? If so anybody know how much?
I've heard that Strawberry refund the duty you pay if you show them the receipt, you know if Perfume Emporium do the same?
Has anybody ordered from them? Any positive/negative feedback?
