Tesco xmas shop.....

Options
OK I've had to start my xmas shop in order to get a reasonable delivery date, so I've booked it for the 18th December, added a few items then checked out. I will of course be adding to it before the 18th. My question is, can I still use a discount/points code when I go through the checkout again? It doesn't seem to give me that option.......but because my order is only £20 I of course don't qualify for any of the codes as it is. Can anyone help? I hope there's a way of doing it, even if I can't get any extra points, £5 off would be quite handy.

  • hi i think you have to put all your discount codes through when you first place an order, even if you amend your order you cant add codes, over on the quick grab it while you can board look for christmas delivery dates at tesco and there is a whole discussion on this,

i relised this to late and wont beable to use any vouchers but delivery on the 21st of dec with no bonus points is worth it

For future reference I normally put a couple of bottles of champagne in basket then input codes and go through checkout.
When I have added in my correct shopping closer to Christmas I just delete the champagne but still get to keep the points as I have spent over £75.

If the date you want delivery is still available it may be worth cancelling that order and doing above.

Thanks for the replies, I'm probably only gonna get half my xmas shop online, but it still should be £50+ so I'll phone with my code if need be :)
