Group Purchasing - New Homes

I am looking to buy a new house from the developer in Peterborough in the near future.

Group purchasing can secure good discounts even when buying a new house.

I am looking for other people who are looking to buy homes straight from a Developer in Peterborough with a view to working as a group to secure huge discounts. The size of the discounts really depends on the scale of purchase but I would think that we would be able to get anywhere from 5-10%.

Would there any takers out there? If so drop myself a line.
