I had tried on what I thought was the right place on the Referrals Board but to no avail.

Does anyone know anything about these paid survey sites?
The one I seen to find all seem to be American. Do they fork out the money once you have 'earned' it?

Are there some that are ok?
Are there some to avoid and not go near with the proverbial Barge Pole?

Are they all no-no's?

Don't know why people post on the wrong boards when they know the post will just get moved anyway!

If you are patient AND post on an approriate board, you will get an answer eventually.

Also, you might want to use the 'Search' facility, as this particular subject has been covered many many times!

Try the 'I Wanna' board for this type of topic.

Just to add, most of the survey sites are a waste of time - you get half way through and find that you don't fit into the group they want opinions from...so you get nothing

Half an hour of clicking exceeds my patience limits for a couple of quid anyway.

Pinecone Research is quite good, you get £4 in Luncheon Vouchers for each survey - I get one every couple of weeks, however you have to stumble across one of their banners to join up - search on here, there might be a link to a current banner.

Another tip: if the site has a subscription, don't bother, they're a con.

I have not seen the paid surveys mentioned here before....I had a good look on most of the boards many times that's why I tried on here in the end.

Usually posts get answered within a few hours but as nothing had been posted I wondered if it had been all but abandoned.

I was not intending to ruffle feathers. xx
