I'd pay off my debt and put the rest towards a deposit for a house. Keeping a few thousand back for a holiday in the sun :)

You need to try & feel comfortable with the amount of money coming in too, if it is out of your comfort zone, so you can make positive decisions with the 'abundance' or it will just go nowhere..

    Good luck :)

I would pay off the credit card and loan... the payments saved per month should be good enought to stop you going overdrawn every month and more.
Then i would put a chunk towards your mtg, and maybe a nice holiday :)
Just think if you sort out your debts you could find yourself making overpayments in the future to you mtg and pay it off early! :)
    good luck!!!

Please check out whether there are any early redemption penalties on the loan. Also whether you can pay extra off the mortgage withiout penalty.

I would strongly advise putting at least 3 months essential spends in a tax free savings account, which you do not use, as a safety net.

Some great ideas, but do have a little holiday or a small treat. Its important to celebrate such goings on, just not TOO much!
