Impossible to say if you are on the right tax code.

What does your Notice of Coding say?

A P2 coding notice is issued to explain why you have been given the tax code you have been issued with. However not everyone will get one and those on the standard personal allowance often do not.

I assume you were on tax code 647L last tax year? As jimmo says you should have been on the new tax code since April.

As jimmo suggests - ask your employer why you are still on 647L when the personal allowance has been changed to £7475 from 6th April.
