plus if you get 6 bottles, then you can use the £5 off £40 morrisons voucher; that shouldn't impact 'the difference' voucher. :)

also, won't you get 5% off if you buy 6 bottles? if so, that shouldn't impact on the voucher value. :):)

    plus clubcard points! :):):)

EDIT: just realised that would take you over the £20 cap....but still works out ok with the £5 voucher and 5% off.

You are right. Not sure about the 5% though. Also remember capped at £20 too.

Out of interest how do you get the morrison vouchers. Heard so much about them.

didn't the 5% off work in our favour in the DTD days?

I think it did. Never did it myself though, and I don't think anybody has confirmed it since.

ok so assuming the 5% discount does work....

    buy 6 at tesco = £41.94

    5% discount kicks in = £39.84

    buy something for 16p (maybe 16 x 1p items?!!)

    total = £40

use £5 morrisons voucher = £35 (£34.84 for the wine)

input receipt details on price check website.

get voucher for £20 the next day.

    net cost of wine = £34.84 minus £20 = £14.84.

    cost per bottle = £2.47

plus you'll get about 80 CC points.

    :j

not as good as the DTD days though. :(

It is difference plus 10% but is it worth it for a couple of quid, when you then have to find another 8 items that are cheaper at Tesco. Why not just buy at Tesco and get the points?;)
