Hi
I'm new to this so please bear with me if I have submitted to the wrong board.
I am looking at buying a new car at the momenty. I know exactly what I want and am obviously looking for the best deal.
Has anyone used/can anyone recommend any of these car buying companies. e.g. Jamjar, Virgin Cars, carbuyersclub , etc
The best price I have found so far has been with carbuyersclub but I have never heard of them and when its a big purchase like a car I need piece of mind
thanks for your help

I bought a car from www.Motorpoint.co.uk in 2003. It was a new Toyota and as cheap as anywhere else for what I wanted - and they had one in stock. They don't move cars between the dealerships - I have one 10 miles from me (Burnley) but had to drive to Derby to get it! Don't know if they do delivery though. I saved nearly £4k and was the easiest car purchase I've ever had. Although it was a new car, I am the 2nd owner, but as I'm keeping the car ages, it's not a bother to me. Only waste of money was the £50+ for valetting - they give you some spiel about removing all the transit films but TBH wasn't as clean as I could have got it, so would rather have saved my money on that.
My sister also got her car from the local Motorpoint and I've seen quite a few around. Not heard of any major problems with them.

Sorry I cannot help with your Honda, but my son has his mind set on an old Mini as his first car! Does anyone know where I can get one and have peace of mind?0
