hello , i am new to this site i wonder if someone could help.
i just got a bill through from # mobile dated 2005 for 527 pounds , 165 arrears and 362.18 early termination fee. it says if i dont pay the bill in 20 days they will get these lowell people onto me, what can they do? im really scerd about it, i have been sick for a few years and it terrifies me i cant afford this bill?
any help would be most appreciated

Well i think it must be mine, but i have no idea if it should be that high , im really confused they said i have to speak to debt collection that are not open today ? 300 odd for early termination fee i cant remember doing an early termination of my contract, this was 7 years ago

well its the first ive heard of it in 7 years ive moved a few times since then , but i dont se why its so high

It really looks as though this debt is 'statute barred' and cannot be enforced, if it's more than six years since you have heard from them. Search statute barred on this forum for more details."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. but i moved around alot and the letter says thats teh reason shy they contacted me now the bill is dated 23/09/2005? is that enough time for statute barred?0
