Me too. I mainly C/o but need a good shampoo sometimes. Also....I still need to use things like frizz ease and curl product.

I don't know how long you're meant to give it before your hair ''gives in'' to the c/o and no 'cones....I've either never given it long enough or its just not sufficient for me.

My hair did LOVE WEN stuff more than normal C/Oing too.

i try every new product that comes on the market, its an addiction. however, i have been using boots naked products for months now, the have a curling creme which is FAB, the conditioners are equally good, but ironically their "curly" one left my hair fly away so went back to the intense and shine. well priced for the product.
boots also does a curling creme its, pink and only £1, again i find it too light for my wayward curls but others swear by it.
take a peek at british curlies site LOADS of info on there.

Boots curl cream with Umberto Giannini curl friends gelee (pink gel) is a good combo. I use the curl cream (only a tiny blob) first then put the gel over for extra hold. Both of these products are silicone free so won't build up in your hair.
If you're not ready to stop shampooing (I'm not!) you should think about using an SLS free shampoo as it will be more gentle on your hair.
