Can I ask, how long to repair my credit rating

Hi everyone, a brief history.
I've been pretty shocking for the last four years going overdrawn, reffered DDs etc etc etc every month.
I seem to have sorted myself out now so my question is, how long will it take to repair my credit rating, at least to a reasonably acceptable level.
I currently have...
Vanquis Card with £200 o/s balance (DD set up to make min payment)
Capital One Card with (£150) o/s balance (dd set up to make min payent)
Next £200 ish, pay off the min payment
Kays £600, paying off £80 a month
Loan £171 per month.
Now, I could pay off the two cards and the Next straight away and the kays over the next month or two, would it be better to keep paying min payments so there are more paid DDs going through my account?
Just looking for some tips please
.
Thanks
