Well my Acoustic Solutions AS-8099 has given up reading certain types of DVD and other keeps freezing so I wish to exchange it for a new one (Same make and model)
Do I need to make sure everything is included? I can put my hands on everything but the instructions and plastic bag the actual player is supposed to come in?
LMK as I want one by 4pm today!
