Hi guys

Just looking for some advice. I havnt got the best credit in the world but would love to buy a house. How "do able" is that? Does it just mean i pay a higher rate of interest? And whos the best people to go to to apply?

You'll probably need a 20-25% cash deposit too

What is the issue with your credit?

Any CCJ's?
Any defaults?
Any missed payments?

There are mortgages out there for people who would fail high street lenders. Need a decent deposit though and recent good history.

Hi guys!Thank you for your replies, i have since found out that i have a default with natwest, but all others are satisfactory, so i dont mean to sound dumb but is there still hope for me and how long do they usually stay on my file for?
