    Loft coversions and buy to let properties ! what a good subject and what a complete nightmare
    Fire regs, fire alarm system, fire doors, escape routes etc
    Have a friend who has just spent £250,000 on a pair of semi,s which are 3 storey high and extra expense because of the building/fire regs.
    Have you had quotes about how much it would cost to comply with the current rules and regs RE C4 use?
    smoke alarms/fire detectors, electrics, security lighting, gas safety checks, boiler maintence ETC
