Hi all

two issues with imutual.

1. just noticed that LetsCompareOnline used to be 5p plus 1 share.now its 3p and no shares.

2. somethings don't track and some people are still awarded even though it failed to track while others get nothing.

is there something i am missing here?

quotes from this thread where underdog has same problem:

  • Hi

imutual's asked us to post a reply on its behalf (we only let companies post on the forum in certain instances)

Hi John, regarding the two points you raised about imutual:

    1. Letscompareonline. The cashback was reduced from 5p to 3p by the merchant, so we're still offering 100% cashback here. If you know of a site offering more, do let us know and we'll look into it. This also explains why you no longer receive one share; we follow a set formula when deciding on how many shares to award per transaction, based on revenue - this is to ensure that any shares awarded are in proportion to the value that has been added to the company (hence protecting other members from having their shares unfairly diluted). 5p is the minimum revenue for which we award a share, so when the merchant dropped its commission, we were obliged to amend the cashback/shares offer accordingly

    2. Untracked cashback. I can't comment on specifics as I don't know what account you use on imutual, but do submit a query if you have any issues at all with untracked transactions or any other element of our service. In relation to the general situation, we do regulary publish performance statistics on our forum re: how well (or otherwise) we're doing in getting these resolved.

As always any feedback (positive or negative) is welcome"
